A2: Yes, we support OEM/ODM orders. To do custom logo and package, OEM MOQ is 1000 pieces for customized logo, and 3000pieces for customized package.
Q3: What is your policy of warranty?
A3: There are 12 months of warranty for our products, the supplier provides free services during the warranty period if there are any defective items. Be noted that this is only compliant for normal wear and tear. The policy is not applicable for any of those problems caused by inappropriate operation by the user.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
A4: For Sample Orders: 3-7working days. For Bulk Order & Wholesale Order: 7-30working days, depends on the order quantities.
